Welcome to TripAura, a mobile application and online service owned and operated by Softenium. By downloading, installing, or using the TripAura app and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the TripAura app solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- Use the app to perform unauthorized data scraping or extract booking rates systematically.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions implemented on the app.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or spam through our feedback forms or API endpoints.
- Impersonate any other individual or entity while using the application services.
2. Affiliates and Ticket Bookings
TripAura serves as an aggregator and search utility for flights and cruises. The actual flight bookings and cruise ticket sales are executed by third-party affiliates, airlines, or booking agencies:
- TripAura does not issue tickets directly and is not responsible for flight delays, cruise itinerary adjustments, or cancellation refunds.
- Any modifications to your bookings must be processed directly with the booking merchant or service provider.
- Prices and availability fetched from affiliate networks may change rapidly. We cannot guarantee the exact fare until confirmed on the checkout screen of the respective provider.
3. Intellectual Property
All brand graphics, logos, layouts, source code, and website content are the intellectual property of Softenium and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reuse, modify, or distribute any part of the application without our express written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
TripAura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Softenium or its developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or booking affiliates.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
